Course details

This is an intensive course which prepares you to take the PMP 5 exam through rigorous test preparation and an intensive review of the five process groups of Project Management: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing and the 10 knowledge areas of Project Management which include: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, Stand Procurement Work.

During the course, students will be exposed to the types of questions to expect on the exam, how best to answer them, and which areas they absolutely must know cold.
