This section addresses cost management from a Project Manager's perspective. The cost module addresses a broad range of cost issues, for example: S curves, cost estimating and capital budgeting.
  • Project Quality Management
This section focuses heavily on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement through the use of quality tools.
  • Project Human Resource Management
This section focuses heavily on organizational structures, roles and responsibilities of the Project Manager, team building and conflict resolution.
  • Project Communications Management
This section focuses on both the formal and the informal communication that occurs on projects, verbal versus written communication, conflict resolution and management styles.
  • Project Risk Management
This section looks at risk management planning, risk identification, qualitative risk analysis, quantitative risk analysis, risk response planning, risk monitoring and control.

This section deals with categories of contracts and the risks inherent in specific contract types for both the buyer and the seller.

This section deals with the different stakeholders of the projects and the different ways of how to deal with them and manage them and their expectations.
