Course details

Pilates is a mat-based form of exercise which focuses on core strength and stability. The core centre on the abdominal and spinal areas which are fundamental to good posture. Pilates will help increase strength, flexibility and toning throughout the body. Pilates is suitable for all levels of fitness and can help alleviate back pain and other problems.

Please bring a Pilates/Yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
