Course details
This course is intended for managers, team leaders and HR professionals who play a role in the management of job performance. Training focuses on an integrated Performance Management System approach, which in turn becomes an integral part of the day to day running of the organisation.
In preparation, participants could try to get familiar with the strategic plan of their Company and the performance management system in place, if one exists.
There is a very facilitative approach to this course, allowing participants to discuss and review what is being presented. There is opportunity for role-play and a number of sample forms are provided. Due to the workshop style of the course, PowerPoint is kept to a minimum.
