Topics covered will include bottleneck management, capacity and lead-time analysis, and quality management. A supply-chain consists of all parties involved, directly or indirectly, in fulfilling a customer order. We will play a supply chain simulation game to illustrate the challenges involved in managing supply chains. We will also cover a variety of tools and strategies for effectively managing risk in global supply chains.
