Human Resources is an important aspect in every sector, it focuses on the employees and provides foundation for good practice.

The aim of our Human Resources (HR) course is to provide nursing home staff with an in-depth understanding of the role and function of Human Resource Management within a nursing home. In the context of the HIQA requirements, the training course focuses on all aspects of the human resource cycle from staff recruitment to the end of employment. It sets out the key elements necessary for the successful functioning of the human resource system. Its purpose is to enable the learner to apply these concepts in the nursing home on a day to day basis.
