You need all the managers in your business to take responsibility for ensuring that your business is being run effectively, profitably, and sustainably. The Management Team Programme will challenge your management team to examine your existing business models and management practices with a view to driving the performance of the business. We use visual strategies and visual management tools that are at the cutting edge of strategy development and we work closely with you to ensure these strategies and tools are applied in the most relevant and practical way for your business. This heavily subsidised programme is delivered by leading training and mentoring providers LEAP.
