ManagementWorks is a training network which helps firms to improve their business performance by providing a range of subsidised, tailored programmes which are supported by professional business mentors. The purpose is to assist firms to grow in terms of their sales, output and employment.

ManagementWorks is an initiative of Skillnets Ltd. and is funded from the National Training Fund through the Department of Education and Skills. 

ManagementWorks was established under the Government’s Action Plan for Jobs 2012.  The network was established to address the need to enhance the level of management capability of small and medium sized firms which was identified in the report of the Management Development Council in 2010.
