Course requirement: Lymphatic drainage is a specialised form of massage that works specifically on the lymphatic system. It is an extremely light form of massage that is very beneficial for the lymphatic system and clients with any form of swelling and fluid retention. Students /Learner must hold an approved Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, Massage / Holistic Massage or be studying same or equivalent. The IISSM specialise in LDM for athletes. It gentle approach aids the secondary circulation and recovery form training and competition.
