The aim of our Loyalty Building course is to get an understanding of the Importance of Customer Loyalty and the Methods by which it can be Attained & Improved.

- How to communicate effectively
- Learn to connect and build relationships with your customers
- The costs of losing a customer in relation to the huge costs in looking for new customers
- Assessment of employee’s delivery of service to customers
- How to provide a consistent service to customers across the company
- The importance of being able to look at your company data base and establish the company’s customer retention rate
- Rekindle relationships with old customers and get feedback
- Know the basics in customer care
- Give the customer a reason to come back to you - so that they don’t take their business elsewhere
Training Methods:
- Classroom based power-point presentation & interactive discussion with role-playing.
- There will also be course hand-outs & group exercises.
