  • Unit5 = unfortunately there's a problem ...

Module3: Presentations:

  • Unit6 = planning and getting started.
  • Unit7 = Image, impact and making an impression.
  • Unit8 = the middle of the presentation.
  • Unit9 = the end is near ... this is the end.

Module4: Meetings:

  • Unit10 = making meetings effective.
  • Unit11 = sorry to interrupt, but ...
  • Unit12 = what do you mean by ... ?.

Module5: Negotiations:

  • Unit13 = know what you want.
  • Unit 14 = Getting what you can.
  • Unit15 = Not getting what you do not want.
