The ICS Leadership Development Programme addresses the challenges of CIO’s and Senior IT Leaders. The programme consists of a two-day course, a follow-up workshop and two-year membership of ICS at Leaders Network level. The course is highly practical in nature giving participants the opportunity to create a real-world, applicable strategy for progress and development in your organisation.
The programme starts with a two-day course focusing on the following themes:

- Managing risk and innovation
