ICAO Training Instructors (TIC) - Part 2

Course details

Instructors have the majority of contact with learners in the training environment, and are critical to the success of the Training System and hence to the development of any organization. Instructors are primarily responsible for implementing learning activities which enable the transfer of valuable knowledge and skills required to improve the human performance. This course will enable participants to develop the professional knowledge, skills and attitudes required to effectively deliver competency-based training.

Course Prerequisite (s)

• Completed TIC Part 1 - online
• University degree or equivalent qualifications and experience in one or more civil aviation fields or in
• Human Resources Development and Training (or any other discipline)
• Computer skills using contemporary software programs
• Good oral and written command of English language.
