Marino College are running a ten week course in guitar for complete beginners. Knowledge of music or theory is not required. All you need is a guitar, a desire to learn and our experienced teacher Jay Malone will give step by step hands on approach to art of playing guitar.

This course will cover:

  • Introduction to guitar
  • Guitar tuning
  • Chords
  • Strumming patterns
  • Finger styles
  • Performing and confidence building
  • Introduction to the blues – scales
  • Introduction to melodies
