Programme Objective
The objective of the GDM programme is to provide a sound understanding of marketing concepts and skills that are essential in decision-makings.
Examinations & Assessment
All students are required to sit for a written examination for all modules at the end of each term. Students must fulfil the attendance requirement of at least 90% for each module before they are considered eligible to take the end-of-semester examinations.
The candidate will be allowed to sit for the supplementary examination(s) for the module(s) that they have failed in the main examination. However, a supplementary examination fee applies.
To repeat a failed module, a student must attend classes and pay a re-module fee before he/she is considered eligible to take the examinations.
A student may only re-sit the same module twice. However, the student must complete the GDM course within three years of registration, which is from the commencement of the first semester.
All examination questions and the marking of scripts will be moderated and/or examined by the Marketing Institute of Singapore Training Centre Examination Board before they are released to students. The decision of the Board is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
