Family Constellations

Course details

In this workshop, we will be looking closely at how certain unconscious entanglements from your family are affecting your present day relationships, whether romantic, within the family itself, or at work.

It can result in unsatisfying relationships, continual conflict, damaged love, pain, suffering, isolation and low energy.

The workshop will give you the opportunity to see how the systemic dynamics in your family have been operating unconsciously, and to understand how certain hidden situations have been burdening you energetically, emotionally and psychologically. It is a way to lovingly heal old wounds and to step into the present with a new energy, a new opening to the limitless and potential possibilities that life brings.

This workshop brings you the awareness and understanding of the burdens and destinies you have been carrying from your ancestors, family members and inner child issues which may not be serving you in your present and which do not belong to you.

This workshop will give you the space and freedom to embrace the learning of these challenges and release them by creating a safe and nurturing space. And it is above all, a way to make space in your life for love to flow anew and meditation or any other spiritual stream blossom deeper.

About Family Constellations:

We all carry within us an internal blueprint of our family.

As children we connected to the family in a particular way, taking on certain roles often not the ones we should have in the family structure.

This blueprint enforces its subtleties upon our unconscious and influences the way we relate to ourselves, to others and in our work as well.

By recreating the main segments of our family in the so called “family Constellation”, we can clearly see and understand unresolved dynamics, which have been affecting us to this day. Hence, we can let go of it and live in maturity and freedom.

Through simple, yet powerful interventions, harmony can be restored, creating more space for living a more fulfilled life.
