Course details
Upon successful completion, learners will be awarded their Level 7 Certificate in Managing and Mentoring People.
The programme is aimed at business owners, managers, trainee/assistant managers, team leads, HR specialists and other management level employees.
Assessment
Learners prepare a Work Based Portfolio demonstrating how they have implemented learning from the course into their own workplace.
This assessment encourages the learner to make instant improvements in the workplace.
Delivery
The programme can be delivered “in-house” with relevance put on organisations own policies and procedures numbers permitting (usually minimum of 20). Alternatively if an organisation is unable to put 20 of their own employees on the programme, we can make arrangements to share the delivery with another organisation. Each topic is delivered in a workshop environment where real life examples are used to illustrate best practice.
