- Auditing existing information, assessing accountability and ethics
DAY 2
- Advocacy and Inquiry skills – what does it take?
- Facilitating the learning opportunities in the environment
- Providing resources and support to learning opportunities
- Selecting the most effective learning techniques and methods
DAY 3
- Coaching team leaders
- Establishing goals and timeframes
- Exploring issues and options
- Gaining confidence and reviewing coaching outcomes
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree & 1 year working experience in a supervisory / executive role
