DAY 1

  • Review organisational strategies and business plans that impact on team competencies
  • Auditing existing information, assessing accountability and ethics

DAY 2

  • Advocacy and Inquiry skills – what does it take?
  • Facilitating the learning opportunities in the environment
  • Providing resources and support to learning opportunities
  • Selecting the most effective learning techniques and methods

DAY 3

  • Coaching team leaders
  • Establishing goals and timeframes
  • Exploring issues and options
  • Gaining confidence and reviewing coaching outcomes

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree & 1 year working experience in a supervisory / executive role

Teacher & Student Ratio: 1:25 (maximum capacity)
