    Career Development. The Employer Based Training programme is designed with employment in mind. Learners will learn a wide range of practical skills required every day in the workplace. A flexible course that enables students to acquire practical skills with a host company in a skill area of their career choice. The course is a blend of on-the-job & in-centre training. The Employer, with the guidance of the Employer Based Training Co-ordinator, will help learners put into practice the skills they learn in the training room. The Co-ordinator will support both the Employer and the Learner.

    Modules

    Career Planning, Communications, Functional Maths, Workplace Safety, Customer Service, Personal Effectiveness, Teamworking, Work Experience, Information Technology Skills.

    National Learning Network is the training and employment division of the Rehab Group. they have over 50 years experience in the area of training for employment or further education and benefit from a hugely experienced multi-disciplinary team of nearly 600 teachers, trainers, programme development officers, psychologists, counsellors and employment support staff.
