    Course Overview

    This course is addressed to inpiduals who intend to become a qualified EFQM Assessor, and those who would like a more detailed understanding of the EFQM Excellence Model and the RADAR Logic.

    This course is a pass or fail. For, you will be assessed based on your team work contributions, your evaluation of information, your feedback and written exercises. Prior to the training, you will be asked to analyse a case study - another pre-requisite for successfully going through the training. Passing formally qualifies you as an ExcellenceAssessor.

    Act as an Award Assessor

    Once you have successfully passed this training, you can apply to act as an Assessor in the Excellence Awards. Through this enriching experience, Assessors benefit from a unique leadershipand management development opportunity. You will carry out a high-profile, high expectation assignment, under great time pressure, as a member of a newly formed multicultural and multifunctional team.
