This introductory-level ECDL certified programme is for those who handle information about clients or the general public and who need a basic understanding of data protection rights and responsibilities in Ireland.

  • Customer support and call centre Human resources staff
  • Legal secretaries

  • Financial services sales and administration Accounts personnel
  • Line managers in admin, sales and marketing
  • HR Database administrators and document management staff
  • Anyone who handles personal data on behalf of others
