    principles of accounting, explains how to appreciate and understand the concepts of measuring & reporting
    financial position and performance, cost for decision making, budgeting and controlling the accounts, capital
    investment making and working capital management.

    BBJ103 - Principles of Management
    Synopsis
    This module has been developed to promote an understanding and describe the features and purposes of
    principles of management , explains how to appreciate and understand the concepts of the key functions of
    management and its role in organizations and society. The practical issues encountered by today's managers
    will also be discussed. This module also introduces a wide range of business theories and practical
    applications related to effective management practices. The study includes the core management theories,
    emphasizing management planning, decision making, organizing, international management, leading, and
    controlling.
    BBJ104 - Macroeconomics
    Synopsis
    This module has been developed to promote an understanding and describe the features and purposes of
    macroeconomics, explains how to appreciate and understand the concepts of the economic fluctuations and
    fiscal policy, value of money, banking systems, and monetary policy, inflation, unemployment, and economic
    policy in international aspects.
    BBJ105 Business Statistics
    Synopsis
    This module has been developed to promote an understanding and describe the features and purposes of
    business statistic, explains how to appreciate and understand the concepts of data collection and presenting
    them in form of tables and charts also probability and some important discrete probability distributions. The
    topic covers sampling distributions with fundamentals of hypothesis testing. The statistical tests like two
    sample tests and one-way anova, chi-square tests, simple linear and multiple regressions. The statistical

    capturing customer value and marketing strategy- partnering to build customer relationships. Topic covers
    consumer markets -consumer buyer behavior and business markets - business buyer behavior in Product,
    Services, and Brands. The pricing Strategies, development life cycle and marketing channels for building direct
    customer relationships, creating competitive advantage
    BBJ108 - Microeconomics
    Synopsis
    This module has been developed to promote an understanding and describe the features and purposes of
    microeconomics, explains how to appreciate and understand the concepts of economics elasticity demand and
    supply applications in market system. The concepts of market imperfections and the role of government
    oligopoly, monopolistic competition income distribution and poverty, public finance: the economics of taxation.
