This highly interactive LIVE Online two day 'Transfer of Risk in Contracts' training course will help you learn the skills needed to effectively transfer, distribute and control risk in contracts - reducing yourself and your organisation's exposure to consequence.
This virtual workshop will expose you to concepts such as: how conditions are used in a contract to transfer risk, contract clauses like indemnity, liquidated damages and other relevant clauses if written properly, can reduce your organisation's exposure to claims in contract.
Participants will get a chance to explore their understanding of risk when signing an Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and issuing Letter of Intent (LOI).
