Introduction

This course offers participants the opportunity to obtain an internationally recognised entry level qualification to work in the Information Communications Technology (ICT) industry. On completion of the course, participants will be able to build and maintain computing devices and computing networks including installing software and configuring systems hardware to meet the needs of end users. Participants will learn to build and configure local area networks (LANs) to enable the sharing of computing resources among users.
