You will understand more about customers and managing customer relationships and be able to communicate with internal and external customers in different ways
Marketing Principles Mandatory
An understanding of the role and function of marketing within organizations and what factors can influence consumer behavior. As well as the concepts and elements which make up the marketing mix and how this is used to satisfy customer’s needs.
Customer Communications Elective
How to identify the different customers organizations have and establish the marketing communications tools to best reach them. As well as how to develop a successful marketing communications campaign and how the campaign can be put into practice.
Digital Essentials Elective
Further insight into what is meant by digital marketing and the key factors to consider when developing digital marketing campaigns. As well as the importance of developing campaign content aimed at specific market segments and how campaigns can be measured.

Eligibility / Requirements
It is not necessary to have any previous experience or knowledge of marketing to study the Foundation Certificate in Professional Marketing. So, if you’re an aspiring marketer or new to a marketing support role, this qualification is the right choice for you.
If English isn’t your first language, you will also need to demonstrate you’ve achieved one of the following English language qualifications within the last two years:
- IELTS Academic Module with an overall score of (each component pass mark must be or above);
- Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English grade B or above
