Designed for basic entry-level travel agents to the more experienced travel consultants of travel agencies, tour operations, and travel bookers, this course leads to a qualification recognized internationally by the travel industry.On completion of this course, you will be able to understand the various services and facilities available to airlines passengers, understand travel needs and wants and accordingly plan and reserve travel itineraries using standard industry coding, advise customers on passport and visa formalities and requirements, book and Sell hotel accommodation, tour products, car rentals, rail travel.
