Course details

Our Certificate in English as a Foreign Language emphasis students’ development of the four major components in the English Language: reading, writing, speaking and listening. Our classroom based methods are meticulously developed to encourage in its students’ the ability for independent and thinking in English by imparting to our students visual and audio skills. The entire course has 3 levels.

What will I learn?

This course is aimed at educating learners’ who have completed the Certificate in English as Foreign Language (Upper-Intermediate). Alternatively, they must be able to pass a test that we give them in order to be admitted into this Course. At the end of this course, each learner will be able to organise and develop their knowledge of grammar, and series of speaking tasks which are challenging, and focuses on each learners’ to take charge of interactions. In addition, this course will enable learners’ to build a bigger and better active vocabulary. The objective of the Advanced Course is met through a textbook. The workbook used will aid learners’ to reinforce what they have learnt in the classroom. The CD used in during lessons will assist each learner in his/her listening, reading and pronunciation skills. At the end of this course, each learner should be able to communicate, speak and write equivalent to Secondary 3 students in Singapore.

Who is this course for?

This course is ideal for any foreign or local individual who has basic written and spoken knowledge of English Language.

Requirements

• 13 years old and above
• hold a valid travel documents / passes
• any foreigner or local individual who has completed the Certificate in English as foreign Language (Upper-Intermediate).

Will I receive a certificate of completion?

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to students who have successfully passed the module and achieved at least 90% of class attendance.
