Human Resources Managers are responsible for the employing of people, their training and assessment and also ensuring that all personnel follow company policy and employment equity. The Certificate: Commerce: Human Resource Management enables the relevant skills and competencies including a firm foundation in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Marketing, Business Finance, Computer Literacy and Management Computing, Economics, Business Communication and the Principles of Law. These skills and competencies are contextualised in support of sound business and people management practices.
Entrance Requirement
Grade 12 (Std 10) or equivalent NQF qualification or 2 years verifiable and relevant working experience.
