Course details
For all intents and purposes we are the only provider in Singapore that regularly offers beginner Dutch courses. This beginner course is for anyone who wishes to learn Dutch. If you have no knowledge of Dutch, this will be the class to join. This Dutch course runs for 12 classes (one per week) for a total of 3 months . After completing this class you will have attained A1 level which is the required level for your Dutch MVV exam (Civic Integration Exam or "Basisexamen Inburgering"). The course fee includes the tuition fee as well as multimedia materials worth of S$ 160 which you can continue to use in the later levels. We regularly start new classes and even if a class has recently started we offer private catch-up facilities to enable you to catch on.
What will I learn?
- Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type.
- Can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has.
- Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
