Since the enactment of the Re"rement and Re-employment Act on, companies opera"ng in Singapore will need to offer re-employment to older workers that are eligible to work beyond the age of 62. As the Singapore popula"on is ageing, managing age in the workplace will become an inevitable phenomenon. Employers would need to equip themselves with the basic knowledge of the seven focus areas on age management to fulfill a more harmonious and produc"ve workplace for themselves as well as for their employees. This course will equip you with the basics of Age Management based on the seven focus areas iden"fied by the Tripar"te partners.
