International Centre of Excellence in collaboration with Excelerate and CLCI, Canada has designed this program based on the fact that the classical role of a Bank Manager is no longer applicable in the current world. All Bank Manager and Supervisors are faced with new roles for which they need to have the right qualification and competency. This course is developed with the view to transform the Branch Managers and Supervisors to lead a results driven business unit through development of strategic and operation competencies consisting of Strategic Planning, Leadership, Teamwork and Communication enabling them to achieve a higher level of customer service, assistance in monitoring and accomplishing business targets along with improving their communication and motivational skills and thus creating dynamic leadership within a Bank.
