  2. Visit our live coaching and discussion sessions most Thursday nights at 5:30PM Pacific (8:30 PM Eastern) at http://join.me/agiledimensions via telephone or headset. (See http://www.meetup.com/agile3d for our schedule). We also meet in Sococo for sessions starting on June 5th.

Thursday means Learning Agile!

Along the way you will check off formal learning objectives in the ICAgile family of certifications (http://www.icagile.com). You can learn for free by watching most videos in this course in 'preview' mode. Earn more PMI-ACP(sm) Agile prep hours through our live coaching and discussion sessions. Learn for free! But if you pay for this course (to cover our recording fees) you will earn a formal ICAgile Professional certification. This opens the way for follow on expert tracks in your role. What is really cool is you can get credit for each weekly topic as you go.

So if you don't care about certification come for the learning. If you want formal certification and don't mind an online format then this class may be perfect for you.

Learn for free. Cert for fee.

Along the way you will learn to

  • Build the right thing
  • Reduce risk
  • Deliver while your competitors are still planning
  • Delight your customers with quality and satisfaction.

No matter the size of your projects, these Agile project management concepts from Kanban, Scrum, will help make your projects more efficient. We will even highlight any differences you may need to consider for larger projects.

When you purchase and complete this course you get formal ICAgile credit. But you can simply learn by watching most of the videos for free.

This course is a little different than what you are used to. Watch 10 minute videos as homework before class. Our live sessions will do exercises and discuss the topic.
