In today's business world there is growing availability of readily accessible data on virtually every aspect of the development and management of people - from comprehensive payroll systems to corporate databases, to custom built spreadsheets of opinion survey responses. Selecting the right workforce metrics from this plethora of data sources to support long-term business performance is an area that many organisations still struggle with. Although often the goal, it is challenging to establish a set of measures that you can consistently collate and report on regularly within your organisation which enable disciplined and well-informed people-oriented decisions.
This course will enable you to identify meaningful measures of workforce performance in the context of your organisation's business objectives and goals. It will also assist in developing a sustainable measurement and reporting process.
