The assessment will cover a range of skills and knowledge competencies required at the basic level of food & beverage service and upon successfully meeting the passing criteria, the candidate will be awarded WSQ-Certificate in Food & Beverage Operations. (FB-CRT-02-2)

- Maintain Food & Beverage Service Environment
- Prepare and Serve Coffee and Tea
- Prepare Non-alcoholic Beverages
- Interact With and Serve F&B Guests
- Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
- Prepare for Service (Mise En Place)
- Provide Counter/Take-Away Service
Entry Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years food and beverage service experience in F&B industry
- Possess leadership qualities; be artistic and disciplined
- Be able to speak, read and write English, or possess a score of IELTS 4.5 / TOEFL 32-34 or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 4
- High school diploma or minimum GCE N level with 3 credits
- 18 years old and above
