Having emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to recognize emotions of people and respond in accordance. Research suggests that having high EQ along with IQ is fundamental to success. People who are emotionally intelligent adapt and respond better to situations. This workshop is designed to help participants learn the essentials of emotional intelligence and its core competencies.

During sessions, participants will learn how to develop these core competencies and apply them in a professional setting.

By the end of this workshop, participants should be able to:
  1. Understand the difference between IQ and EQ and the application of both Understand and identify the two mainstream elements of EQ
  2. Understand and apply the elements of 'Personal Competencies'
  3. Identify and improve the elements of 'Social Competencies'
