provides session foundations for people entrants in the field of management stakeholders in the projects. The course includes how to identify stakeholders and record of the organization configuration. This is in addition to other important principles in the field of management of the owners of interest.

Training output

By the end of the session the trainee is expected to: 

•  understand the principles of the owners of the management interest in the projects. 
•  it knows what tools and techniques related to management of the stakeholders in the projects. 
•  selects and stakeholders in the project analysis. 
•  determines information needed by stakeholders and communicate with them requirements. 
•  communicate effectively with stakeholders. 
•  manages the expectations of stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction.
