The course provides the foundation for individuals entering the field of project Stakeholder management. The course will cover how to identify stakeholders and produce a stakeholder register as well as other principles in project Stakeholder Management area.

 Learning outcomes

By the completion of this course, learner should be able to:

1. Understand the principles of Stakeholder Management
2. Identify the Tools and Techniques related to Stakeholder Management
3. Identify and analyze project stakeholders
4. Determine stakeholder information needs and project communication requirements
5. Communicate effectively with project stakeholder
6. Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
