Our training in Project Management develops a foundation of concepts and solutions that supports the planning, scheduling, controlling, resource allocation, and performance measurement activities required for successful completion of a project.

Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Planners/Schedulers, Cost Controllers, Organizers. Anyone who would like to become a project manager and learn how to make critical decisions in real life projects

To understand the meaning of project management; the difference between operations and projects; the importance of project management as it affects strategy and business success; to be able to evaluate and assess performance on projects; to be familiar with project management history, as well as the planning and execution phases of a project, and be able to build, lead, and organize efficient and successful teams.
