Course Overview

What is PRINCE2® Practitioner Upgrade?

The Practitioner Upgrade focuses on the application of PRINCE2® to the running and managing of projects within an environment supporting PRINCE2®.

Participants will build upon the competence gained in the Foundation certification to apply and tailor PRINCE2® to address the needs and problems of a given project scenario.

Course Objectives

• Expand the participant’s understanding of the principles and philosophies underpinning PRINCE2®.
• Provide detailed explanations on PRINCE2®’s elements, their relationships and how they can be applied in different project environments.
• Provide participants with experience in applying PRINCE2® in different project environments.
• Explain how PRINCE2® can be effectively applied to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario.
• Prepare participants for PRINCE2® Practitioner Certification
