SMG’s Practical Workshop in Project Management will give you the chance to not only plan a project, but execute it and see how reality means that despite all efforts you will need to adjust resources to reach the objective. This is practical and hands-on!!

This course includes the use of a practical project simulator – great fun in learning about projects, and is as close to reality as it gets – No more chalk and talk!
