40 hours of training for PMP Certification & PMP Exam Preparation (PMP Boot Camp). The course is based on the following two books:

• A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, 5th Edition, "PMBOK  Guide" by PMI 
• PMP  Exam Prep, 8th Edition, "PMPEP" aka " Rita's book", by Rita Mulcahy

What will I learn?

The PMBOK Guide recognizes 47 processes that fall into five basic process groups and ten knowledge areas that are typical of most projects, most of the time. 

Target Audience

Anyone who is involved with any type of Project work. This includes the Project Management team, project staff and project teams, planners, on-site execution team, Quality teams including QA/QC and risk Management.
