This course will help you hone your leadership skills to enable you to point your team in the best direction, improve your ability to coach and get the best out of your team, and help you position yourself within the team to act as a role model and effectively balance your team's workload.

Managing Professionals for Results is part of Nelson Croom’s peer-enriched learning suite of learning. Peer-enriched learning courses stimulate intelligent dialogue and debate and provide a valuable and evolving resource of professional knowledge and experience.
