The ITIL® Foundation training course equips you with all the basic principles and core concepts concerning ITIL®. ITIL® is the internationally-acknowledged toolset and the reference framework for setting up management processes within the ICT organization. Alongside an introduction to ITIL®, this course also covers the entire toolset.

On concluding your training you can schedule your exam yourself. As an option you may order an exam voucher immediately, or book your own exam via Pearson VUE.

Our exam partner issues an original certificate on behalf of the certification party. So you always receive an official registered and internationally-accepted certificate.
