Course Description
The course provides communication skills training for individuals wishing to acquire an insight into why they find it easier to communicate with some people more than others, and what effective communication strategies they can adopt to enhance their understanding and verbal communication with others. It aims to improve each trainee’s verbal and non-verbal communication style and enhance their interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers, to ensure they convey their message clearly and with impact.
