The Diploma in Management of Food and Beverage Operations programme is for aspiring F&B Professionals with a passion to deepen knowledge and skillsets in F&B service industry, and to pursue global careers. Through this programme, we aim to prepare learners for career advancement opportunities in the fast-growing F&B industry and equip learners with advanced knowledge and skillsets in F&B management. It includes managing F&B operations, designing restaurant concepts, and, optimising and managing sales, amongst others.
