Competencies refer to sufficiency or fitness relative to standards. Organizations are moving towards centering their HR initiatives on the concept of competencies, making Competency Management an important skill for HR professionals. Yet, even as the word gains buzzword status in the industry, there is lack of clarity regarding the various concepts involved.

Our program on Competency Management gives an overview of Competency Management covering background of the movement, clarification on the various terms involved, and the factors to consider while implementing a Competency Management System in an organization.
