Knowing how to communicate is an important part of our daily lives and especially in the workplace. Effective communication skills help get the correct message across and avoid misunderstandings.

Our Communication and Telephone Skills course uses a wide range of communication tools for example real-life case studies, role plays and simulations to allow participants get to practice the skills required to communicate effectively on the telephone. This ensures that the necessary skills are transferred effectively back in the workplace.
