This course provides participants with the fundamentals of change management. This has become one of the high-impact forces in our world. It has assumed a critical role in all shperes. Today, management is about change and innovation. The world of management is going through constant change and evolution, including in all elements of management. This is mainly reflecvted in a series of fast changes and shifts worldwide that have has an impact on most elements of management, including innovation and improvement of management systems into  quality ones taht are fast and flexible.

Objectives  

This course aims at enabling managers and staff to understand change tools and steps as well as obstacles they may face in the course of change management and how to tackle such obstacles in a way that ensures the achivement of change objectives as well as buying in thos who oppose it. No doubt, a proper decision to change would contribute to better quality, productivity and work environment. It would also open new vistas that offer opportunities for an organization’s success.
