The Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) course introduces Scrum principles, practices, and tools for effective project management. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Scrum framework and learn how to apply it to various project scenarios. Completing the course grants a two-year membership to the Scrum Alliance® and prepares you for the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) exam.
